1) The bazaar last year was a huge success! Look for reviews on Shopcrazy.com, or ask around from other concessionaires.
2) We have 95% positive feedback from last year, meaning 130 concessionaires from last year told us they were coming back this year (out of 138).
3) The shoppers we get are from class A and B, and they SHOP A LOT.
4) We advertise extensively, so we don't only get residents from La Vista, but also from surrounding villages like LGV, Xavierville, Ayala Heights, etc. PLUS! Parishioners from Sta. Maria dela Strada.
5) Our bazaar is known for the wide variety of items, since we handpick each and every stall. We assure visitors that as much as possible, there are no two booths selling the same products or services.
Santa’s Christmas Bazaar @ La Vista

La Vista is a high-end village with over 300 residents. The subdivision also serves as a gateway to Loyola Grand Villas (you must enter the La Vista gate to get to LGV), which is home to more than 600 families. Aside from this, the bazaar venue is strategically located near Sta. Maria Dela Strada, where over 10,000 parishioners attend mass every weekend. In the past year, we have also gotten a lot of foot traffic from the nearby villages such as Xavierville, Ayala Heights, Varsity Hills, Blue Ridge and Capitol Hills. The target market of the event is mostly the AB market.
BOOTH RATE: Php 4,500 for 2 days - flat rate for all stalls
BOOTH DISCOUNT: Get Php 500 discount if you join both La Vista and Greenmeadows Bazaar. (Must be paid together to avail of discount.)
Extensive advertising efforts are being done to promote this event. Tarpaulins can be found along Katipunan Avenue, Xavierville, White Plains, Libis and surrounding areas. More than 3,000 VIP tickets will be mailed to various high-end villages, prominent shoppers and bazaar goers to attract more people to come to the event. The bazaar has no entrance fee but the tickets serve as a reminder to ticket holders, and each VIP ticket entitles bearer to several freebies from the event sponsors. The bazaar will also enjoy vigorous advertising through radio, print (e.g. Philippine Star, Inquirer, Buy & Sell, etc) and new media (e.g. blog write-ups, online contests, etc). MBCI in cooperation with the Network for Enterprising Women (www.newomen.net) and Working Mom magazine is presenting The Network for Enterprising Women Bazaar. This event will be held at Mandarin Suites, 4th Flr Gateway Mall, Araneta Center on November 15 & 16 and December 6 & 7 from 10AM to 8PM.
